- Teaching Teams will be composed of 3 different levels of mentorship
- CLINICAL MENTORS (3-4 INDIVIDUALS)
- NON-CLINICAL MENTOR (1 INDIVIDUAL)
- RESEARCH SUPERVISOR (1 INDIVIDUAL)

- Residents must continue to identify themselves to their mentors and teaching teams and continue to be engaged in getting the most out of their mentors be it the clinical mentors, the non-clinical mentor or the research supervisor.
- Preceptor shifts will take place with the clinical mentors (preceptors). The objectives of these special shifts has been mentioned elsewhere.
- Residents should make sure they connect with the clinical mentors (preceptors) to make sure they get the shifts they desire, and have enough shifts with these individuals
- Extra preceptor shifts may be arranged with the clinical mentors
